In this free, online only workshop, CalBG Seed Conservation Program Manager Cheryl Birker and Director of Conservation Programs Naomi Fraga will cover the basic principles of seed conservation. Primary topics include post harvest care, seed processing, long and short term storage, and an introduction to viability testing with an emphasis on restoration collections.
