Join us for a grounding, centering, and connecting Half-Day Yoga Retreat led by Sarah Sawyer, certified yoga instructor. Find peace in the scenic garden landscape where we will take time to journal, breathe, meditate, and cultivate mindfulness, reflecting on how to incorporate this awareness in our daily lives.
The half-day will consist of two short sessions of body movement to focus on grounding while working towards a balanced center. In between movements, we will have a meditation session and a moment for reflection. And after a morning of self-care, we invite you to continue to explore the gardens with a walking meditation or allow yourself to slowly ease back into your normal routine with a more centered and mindful heart.

· Blankets or pillows (optional)
· Comfortable walking shoes (optional) You will have the opportunity for a grounded meditation or a walking meditation. If you plan to enjoy the walking meditation, bring comfortable shoes for exploring.
The instructor will provide a small journal and pen for all participants and a few extra props available on a first come first serve basis for those who may need them during the movement portion of the retreat.
Participants will be asked to signa liability waiver form upon registration of the class.
