Join us for a Half-Day Yoga Retreat led by Sarah Sawyer, certified yoga instructor, where you will learn the foundations of the chakras in the Garden! During the retreat you will explore the main 7 chakras through movement, breathwork, mantras, and meditation. Through self-awareness and self-discovery, you will leave with tools and resources to be able to incorporate these foundations into your daily life to help balance and center yourself.

What to Bring

Bring your yoga mat, water, sunscreen, and hat.  Please dress in layers so you can bundle up or get more comfortable.  Other items you may want to bring are blankets, pillows, and/or a notebook or journal to make your experience more enjoyable and may enhance your experience. You may also bring some snacks that can be enjoyed during the retreat.

The instructor will provide handouts during the retreat, and will provide oranges, fruit, and small snacks to enjoy during the session. She will also have a few extra props available on a first come first serve basis for those who may need them during the movement portion of the retreat.  If the weather is chilly, we will have heaters available to accommodate a more comfortable temperature.

Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver form upon registration of the class.

In the event of inclement weather, the Garden will postpone the date of the retreat to April 27, 2025.
